Welcoming Jonathan Francis: Our New Of Counsel Attorney
We are thrilled to announce that Jonathan Francis has joined Phillips & Bathke, P.C. as an Of Counsel attorney. Jonathan brings a wealth of experience in intellectual property and civil litigation, gained from his time in both small and “big law” environments. As the third "Jo(h)n" at our Firm, he adds a distinctive edge to our already dynamic team.
For about a decade and a half, Jonathan has been practicing law since 2010 in both small firms and “Biglaw” settings. With experience in patent, antitrust, and white-collar fraud litigation, he has worked in high stakes matters and understands the importance of contested matters for his clients.
In his new role, Jonathan will merge his practice with the Firm’s. His insights and experience will enhance our ability to offer comprehensive legal solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
